At least GT tried to take place after Z. I think in ways Super has harmed the series more than GT. I have never watched Super and I most likely never will but I think the “God” crap ruined the series for me. Not to mention the creator has ruined his own masterpiece. In my opinion GT and Super are for the most part just more Dragon Ball filler. And no I’m not going to start talking about canon and non-canon because now that’s what ALL Dragon Ball fans talk about! I remember when it was fun to decide for yourself if you want GT to be canon or not and now everyone has ruined the fun by calling it non canon. When you think about it it all ended at Z and everything else is just a fractured timeline. But in the end the movies, filler, GT, and Super can still all be canon in their own ways despite timeline inconsistencies and plot holes. Personally that’s what makes the series fun.
